SPS seeking bids for house near high school

(SPS) -- Sapulpa Public Schools is now accepting sealed bids on a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house (1,328 square feet) with a one-car garage located at 1116 E. Hobson. The bid is for the structure only.
The minimum bid accepted will be no less than $12,000.00. The awarded bidder will have 15 days to make the full payment and 45 days to move the house from the property.
All bids must be turned in at the Washington Administrative Center located at 511 E. Lee by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on July 12, 2024. Sapulpa Public Schools Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids.
