We understand that not all students have access to reliable internet service which is necessary to complete and turn in course work done remotely.

Portable routers - Hotspots - are available for who need assistance connecting to the internet at no cost*.

Students enrolled in Sapulpa Virtual Academy for total virtual instruction should call 918-216-5000 to schedule an appointment to pick up a hotspot.

Any traditional or hybrid student who needs a hotspot must fill out the appropriate Hotspot Responsible Use Agreement listed below with a parent signature and turn it in at their school site.

*The Sapulpa Public School Student Technology Insurance Program (STIP) has been established to give parents and the ability to purchase insurance for each school year to limit liability to instructional technology equipment. The cost for protection of Hotspots is $10 per device for the current academic school year. This is a voluntary program and participation is encouraged, but not required. The STIP fee is non-refundable. Declining participation in STIP will result in the student's parent/guardian being financially responsible for all damages and loss up to the full replacement cost associated with such loss or damage of the Hotspot and/or charger while checked out.
