  • Our community partner, Merrifield Office Supply, will fill orders for you. Please click here to download the order form. Merrifield will pack the supplies for you and they can be picked up in August or delivered to your student's elementary school.
  • Sapulpa Indian Education will provide supplies for enrolled Johnson O'Malley students who have a 506 form and tribal card on file. A needs assessment form and a date to pick up supplies will be announced later.
  • Caring Community Friends will hold a Back to School Bash for school supplies prior to the start of school. We will let you know when and where!
Sapulpa Junior High School and Sapulpa High School will provide student needs once classes begin.
