(SPS) -- Sapulpa High School seniors, along with hundreds of other seniors from districts across Creek County, are one step closer to a bright future when they graduate.
They attended the UpNXT Career Expo and Conference at Glenpool Convention Center on Wednesday, October 5.
This special event was put on by Central Tech and featured a job fair and expert speakers who presented sessions on career pathways and how to best prepare for life after high school.
The UpNXT conference took the place of the annual senior seminar and featured speakers from technical fields and industries, as well as representatives from employment groups and the state employment department. The keynote speaker was teen mental health expert Jeff Yalden.
