SUBSTITUTE TEACHING
Applications should be filled out and returned to the Washington Administrative Center located at 511 E. Lee Ave., Sapulpa, OK 74066. Please bring the following items with you:
- Current Oklahoma Teaching Certificate (If applicable)
- Driver’s License or other government-issued ID
- Social Security Card
- Direct Deposit information (voided check or document from bank)
