Summer Reading Program begins June 1st

(SPS) - The Summer Reading Program at Sapulpa Public Library begins June 1 and ends July 25.

Kids who meet the reading goals will receive a medal at the summer bash party July 26.

Kids who meet the 30-book goal will be placed in the drawing for a Bad Wolf Laser Tag Party. For each additional five books read, their name will be placed in the drawing. The more books read, the more chances a child has to win.

Teens who meet the 10-book goal will be placed in the drawing for a pair of tickets to see Niall Horen of One Direction fame on July 28 at the BOK Center in Tulsa. For each additional two books read, their name will be placed in the drawing to win tickets.

Adults who meet the five-book goal will be placed in a drawing for the overnight stay for two at the Copper Oaks Bed & Breakfast. For each additional book read, their name will be placed in the drawing.

The end of summer bash is July 26 and prizes will be awarded at that time. There will be additional prizes from local vendors, randomly drawn and awarded at the bash.
