BACK-TO-SCHOOL REGISTRATION

2024-25 FOR RETURNING STUDENTS


Registration for students returning to Sapulpa Public Schools for the 2024-2025 school year must be completed by July 30, 2024. Back to school registration is only for students returning in 2024-2025. If you have a new student, please visit sapulpaps.org/enroll or stop by our enrollment office at 511 E Lee in Sapulpa. New students do not need to complete back to school registration.

Each year, parents/guardians need to update and confirm information for each student. This allows the district and your student's school site to communicate effectively and share important information. The registration form also contains data Sapulpa Public Schools is required to send to the Oklahoma State Department of Education.




Follow these steps to complete Back to School Registration:
1. Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal 
2. Click on the white arrow in the upper right corner of the screen
3. Click Back to School Update 2024-2025
4. Click Next at the bottom of each page until you reach the Summary page
5. Click Submit when all pages are complete with green check marks
6. Registration must be completed for each student


No documents are needed for Back-to-School Registration unless you've had a change of address or there are new legal documents. You may upload new documents in the portal.

If you cannot log into PowerSchool, please contact your student's site for the Access ID and Access Password.
