Tech Rotation Schedule

Based on the feedback we've received from building administration, we are creating a rotation schedule for our tech's.  One tech will be dedicated to a site during specific times and will work with the building administrator to cover priority tickets during specific times.  The second tech will be a 'rover' and available to respond to emergent situations, cover sites not listed on the rotation, handle A/V requests, and additional services as needed.  The current rotational schedule can be found below:
