SPS awarded grants from Bartlett Foundation

Robotics team members in lab(SPS) - Thank you, Edward E. and Helen Turner Bartlett Foundation.

The foundation awarded $233,710 in grants to Sapulpa Public Schools for various programs in the district. The generous donation was unanimously approved during Thursday evening’s January school board meeting.

"This donation is a wonderful example of the sense of community here in Sapulpa that continually gives back to our students," said Superintendent Rob Armstrong. "We could not be more thankful for the generosity and support of the Bartlett Foundation."

The allocation of funds from the grants will be applied to these programs.

Established in 1961, the Bartlett Foundation gives primarily to public school education as well as awarding student scholarships to Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, University of Oklahoma, and University of Tulsa.
